About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with AblePrint, part of Brighter Futures Specialist College (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us at Info@brighterfuturesspecialistcollege.co.uk.

Our products

We provide custom and personalised printing services, including branded clothing, mugs, badges, business printing and promotional items. Because most items are made to your specification, they are produced specifically for you once your order and artwork are approved.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the site, or in a written quote, are in GBP (£) and may change. A quote is valid for 30 days from its date unless stated otherwise. Where pricing depends on quantity, finish or artwork, the final price will be confirmed in your quote before you commit.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or the artwork breaches our acceptable content requirements — and will refund any payment already made in that case.

Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for supplying artwork in the format we request and for checking it carefully. We will provide a proof for approval where appropriate. Once you approve a proof, we print based on that approved version, and we are not responsible for errors (including spelling, layout or colour) that were present in the approved proof. Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Your responsibilities and acceptable content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all logos, images, text and other material you supply, and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights or any law. You must not ask us to produce material that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual property or other rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from the content you supply.

Payment

Payment is taken as set out at checkout or in your quote — this may be in full at order, or a deposit with the balance before dispatch. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Turnaround and delivery

Turnaround times are estimates and begin once your proof is approved and any required payment is received. We deliver within the UK, with collection available where offered. Delivery costs are confirmed in your quote. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations, changes and returns

Because items are personalised and made to order, they generally cannot be cancelled, changed or returned once production has started, except where an item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe an item is faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right, replace it or refund it as appropriate.

Our liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Supporting our work

AblePrint is a social enterprise connected to Brighter Futures Specialist College. Orders help create workplace experience and training opportunities for young adults with learning disabilities. This does not change your rights or obligations under these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it. The latest version is always shown on this page with the “last updated” date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
