Our SEND College works collaboratively with local authorities and SEND professionals to provide outcome-driven specialist further education for young adults with learning disabilities in London and Kent.
Our specialist FE placements focus on helping learners develop confidence, independence, employability skills and meaningful preparation for adulthood outcomes through practical, personalised learning.
We work with local authorities to provide specialist FE placements that are appropriate, evidence-based and financially responsible. Every placement is built around EHCP outcomes and preparing for adulthood pathways — with clear progress monitoring, structured transition planning and strong annual review contributions.
Learners develop practical skills through structured vocational pathways in hospitality, enterprise, independent living, digital technology and community participation. Support is personalised around each learner's communication profile, sensory needs and behaviour support requirements — gradually building confidence and independence rather than maintaining dependency.
Our focus is on long-term outcomes, not provision hours. We provide measurable progress against EHCP-linked targets, practical evidence of skill development and clear contributions to annual reviews — giving local authorities the confidence that placements are delivering real value and moving learners towards positive destinations.
